A dreamlike helping of electronic, 60's-influenced pop, which featured in the UK singles charts 20 years ago in February 1999. Sing-Sing were a duo who featured vocalist Lisa O'Neill and guitarist/vocalist Emma Anderson, who was also a member of influential indie group Lush. The pair met in 1997, not long after Lush had disbanded in 1996.
Following their debut single 'Feels Like Summer', the duo released the wonderful 'I Can See You' as one side of a 7" split single, with Linoleum's 'Your Back Again' on the flipside. It was released via Fierce Panda Records, and its front cover featured an image of the then-disgraced former Blue Peter presenter Richard Bacon, who had recently been sacked from the children's show after a cocaine scandal.

The duo released two albums, 2001's 'The Joy Of Sing-Sing' and 2005's 'Sing-Sing And I', before splitting in 2007.
