12 Awesome Games You Could Play Over and Over Again

Posted on the 16 March 2015 by Nrjperera @nrjperera

Replay value used to be an important factor in video games, until we got bombarded with over-rated and very shot games. And no, it’s not about the difficulty modes or multiplayer modes in a game, I’m talking about the single-player games that you can never get tired of playing.

Call of Duty is for suckers. If you’ve ever played any of these following games, you’ll never go back to those kiddie games.

Super Mario

A gaming list wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t mention the tiny Italian plumber. You can never get tired of this game. No matter how hard you fail, you’ll still play it over and over again. It’s been 30 years since the release of the original game, but it’s damn fun to play.

GTA: San Andreas

Even GTA IV or GTA V couldn’t beat the incredible combination of the story and amazing missions of this old game. I must have finished the game more than 10 times (no-cheats) and I still love it.

NFS: Most Wanted (2005)

EA made sequels, reboots and so many racing games after Most Wanted, but nothing could compare to the brilliant career mode of this game. Great cast, great story, great gameplay, great graphics, it’s just perfect.

Broforce

I recently discovered this awesome side-scrolling game. In this game you get to play as cool pop culture characters like Rambo, Judge Dredd, Terminator and lots more. Broforce it constantly getting updated with new levels and it also has a custom level builder, which you can use to make your own levels and play as long as you like.

Resident Evil 4

Best horror game I’ve played so far. Completing the game for the first time was a nightmare, but after than you can’t get enough of it. If you’re playing it on PC, you will need a good controller to feel the real fun.

Minecraft

I don’t think anyone has ever complained about getting tired of playing this game. As you long as you have a creative mind and some imagination, this game can be an incredible playground. And for other’s, there is survival mode.

Max Payne 2

Max Payne 3 was good but it wasn’t nearly as cool as Max Payne 2. The comic-style story and those dream sequences made the game unique. Not to mention the awesome bullet-time moves.

Manhunt 2

The disturbing violence and the gruesome executions made Manhunt one of my favorite games of all time. It’s one of my stress relieving games that sometimes I play to pull off those executions imagining the faces of my haters.

Ultra Street Fighter IV

Both Mortal Kombat 4 and Street Fighter IV have a special place in my game collection. But, Street Fighter IV qualifies as the best fighting game I’ve played so far.

Starcraft 2

When it comes to strategy games, nothing beats the award winning Starcraft 2. Both single player and multiplayer modes of this game were simply perfect.

FIFA

The manager mode of the game is my favorite. From training to leading a club to the championship victory makes you feel like you’re in control of the real team. The game never ends, you just progress from one season to another until you get tired of it. Which for me, is still fun. I was never even a football fan before I started playing FIFA 08.

Hitman – Blood Money

Absolution was awesome. But for some reason, I keep going back to Blood Money. There are so many different ways you can finish each mission of this game, you just won’t be able to get tired of this game. I’m still trying to get Silent Assassin rating for all missions in Pro difficulty.
