10 Minute Garlic Bread!

By Katherine @pbrunnerblog
I think bite-sized makes everything better. Mini cupcakes, mini cookies, little appetizers, bite-sized cheeseburgers, the list goes on and on. Oddly enough, this weird obsession seems to be one I inherited from my mother. So without further ado, I'm going to show you how to make the easiest bite-sized garlic bread with a recipe that is so flexible that you could have hundreds of bite-sized creations! Sounds like heaven to me!
Easy Pita Garlic Bread Bites
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4-6 pita breads
  • Any spices or toppings you may want such as cheese, pepper, parsley

Directions:
Cut the pita bread in half.

Cut your halves into as many little pieces you want.

Lay your little pita pieces on a baking sheet. Don't spray the sheet.

In a separate bowl, mix the garlic, olive oil, and spices of choice.

Spread the mixture equally on all the pieces of pita bread. (Just eyeball it, but it's usually around a spoonful/tsp per piece of bread.)

Cook at 350F or on broil for a crispier garlic bread. They usually take only about 4 minutes until they are fully cooked!

Watch as your pita bread becomes a crispy garlic bread in minutes! Enjoy!
