The church has a history of more than 200 years in the city of Vadodara. Located in the Fatehganj area, the church was built as the CNI White Church and was dedicated to the political commissioner of Gujarat, James Sutherland Esquire. Highly illustrative of the Indo-Gothic style, it was designed by the famous architect Sinkler Stevens. Nestled among the shady trees, the architecture is reminiscent of and exhibits like churches in Goa. The building is painted white with red terracotta tiled roofs. You can visit the church cemetery to see the 162 year old stone clock.
