Ditch Your Kaspersky AV Software ASAP, British Government Issues Warning

Posted on the 03 December 2017 by Nrjperera @nrjperera

If you're one of the 400 million people who use Kaspersky anti-virus software, you should seriously consider getting rid of this software and finding a replacement.

The British government has issued a warning that the popular Russian anti-virus software poses a serious security threat to the public. According to a report by BBC, Kaspersky is accused of espionage in the US.

The UK cyber-security agency claims that the software can be manipulated to hack user computers at the command of the Russian government.

The UK's Barclays has already stopped offering free Kaspersky software to its customers.

Find An Alternative

Kaspersky recently released a free version of its software to the public making more unsuspecting users vulnerable to attacks.

If you're one of those users, immediately find a better alternative. Avast has a great free anti-virus software that I've been using for years.

Time to get rid of Kaspersky!
