ITISON Owner adds The Griffin to bar list
Oli Norman, owner of ITISON as well as Sloans and Brel, has added to his duo of Glasgow pubs by buying The Griffin.
The Griffin is one of Glasgow’s well loved pubs, being in existence since 1903, however in recent years this ladies age has started to show and she needed some TLC.
The Griffin will officially be relaunched on 28th September after a £300,000 refurbishment, which involved the installation of a new kitchen, new function area and the restoration of original features.
and good to see it still has Glasgow salad on the menu!
