Bringing a programme of fun into the summer, the birthday celebrations will begin this weekend with their first ever disco brunch this Sunday in Kilmurry. Brunch fans will be treated to P-A-R-T-Y beats by Scotland's longest running club night, Melting Pot who will be DJing from 12 until 4pm.

Alongside glitter and stacks of fluffy buttermilk pancake and organically farmed egg classics, guests will also enjoy the launch of the Kilmurry Cocktail Club - with £5 delicious drinks available all day.

The disco brunch collaboration is free and the perfect warm up before heading around the corner to the leafy Queen's Park Bandstand for the Disco Sessions: One Day In The Park event that's also taking place over the bank holiday weekend. Sold out for Saturday, there only a limited number of tickets available left for Sunday.

Speaking about the new partnership, Jose Carbajosa, owner of Kilmurry & Co said:

"Who doesn't love disco with a side of brunch? When we heard that Queen's Park Disco Sessions were taking over the Southside we wanted to do something special for our guests in Kilmurry.

"It's also our first anniversary since we opened and a double excuse to PARTY! We've made the event is free, so come on down and help us celebrate our birthday with our first ever disco brunch! It'll be busy so be make sure you come down early."

To mark the collaboration, the bar team have created some disco specials to help kick off their birthday celebrations. Margarita fans will love 'Let's Get Figgy With It' - a fresh and sour cocktail with figs, the bold smooth flavour of añejo tequila, a splash of lime and Grand Marnier.
