May Yoga in the Park

All of these are free offerings. Open to everyone, beginners welcome, no need to pre-register. 

Each offering is two back-to-back classes (30 min Yoga, 30 min Meditation). Come to either one, or both.

Yoga will be a 30 min standing practice (no mat needed). Meditation will be seated. There will be benches available to sit on, or you can sit on the ground. You may want to bring a mat, blanket or cushion for comfort.
