Most of us love eating. With Christmas around the corner attaining parties occupies a major part in our month’s schedules. As a result of this we land up eating unhealthy stuffs which makes us fat. But in order to spend some fun time with family and friends we have to scarify something.

  • Avoid junk foods like pizza , chips , burgers instead have vegetable and fruit items
  • If there is no item with vegetable or fruit you can have the junk foods but cutting down its portion of intake
  • Instead of soft drinks have fruit juices
  • In case of alcohol limit its consumption
  • It is better to eat something before going for the party to avoid craving for party food
  • Eat slowly
  • Avoid desserts as they generally contains more calories than any other food item

Apart from eating there are several other activities in the party. Take interest in them to divert your attention. You can also participate in serving and other activities which will help in burning some calorie. Drink plenty of water during rest of the day and if possible practice few physical activities this will help you to get back in shape easily once the party season is over.
