Castor oil has been used for centuries in India to asist hair growth and thicken hair. Castor oil is thick and sticky, it needs to be blended with other oils to ensure it does not accidentally rip your hair when you massage your scalp with it.
1. Mix equal volume of castor oil with equal volume of carrier oil like coconut, almond or olive oil.
2. Apply it to your hair roots and massage it for 5-10 minutes.
3. Leave it for an hour. It is well and good if you can leave it overnight.
4. Shampoo the hair.
5. Use it twice a week to see visible results.
