Yes, some kids believe that Santa Claus is as real as Beyoncé's backside, but some kids just aren't going for the banana in the tailpipe.

Here's what the boy's father told Redbook:
“He’s not cynical — in fact he’s a really sentimental guy,” he adds. “He’s always the first to insist we decorate the house and start playing Christmas music. He just likes to feel that people are being straight with him. I think he felt kind of like you or I would feel if one of our bosses said to write a letter to Santa Claus.”
