While the building looks small on the outside–it’s definitely bigger than you think! I think you’ll be more than pleasantly surprised by just how much Wilbur’s Lincolnwood Toy Store actually has.
Now that they’ve been open for two years, you better believe that there are wall to wall and floor to ceiling toys of all kinds–and for all ages.
With so much to see and do, I do not know how anyone could turn to big box shops or online stores. Not when you have such a phenomenal alternative in Hendricks County!

Kid #1 was taken with Playmobile, a neat sand thing by Melissa and Doug, and all the interesting science stuff.
Would you believe they had a wall just for science experiment-type toys? So cool!
There were also a lot of juggling things. It reminded me of our awesome annual neighborhood block party and circus. I guess there’s a teacher in the area who holds a morning class on juggling! Is that fun or what?
Kid #2 just liked to get his hands on everything. Everything that was a horse, had a siren, or generally made noise, of course!

Would you believe they even had a ride-on toy that you could try? little Indiana hopped on board and gave it a whirl. I had to, really–both of the kids made it look like so much fun!
