Why I Chose This Diet Book (Starting A New Healthier Journey)

By Gisellstylist @sexy_scissors
For years I've tried diet after diet and although my results were noticeable, they weren’t enough to keep me satisfied. Just like every new arising diet, I have to try it at least once just to say I did it. My New Year resolution was to test out methods rather than diets. I realized that switching my entire diet was throwing my body off completely, so maybe slight alterations would make a difference. I’ve learned to not promise my body anything specific because I have commitment and discipline issues like you wouldn’t believe. So, like any other day, I’ve been binge watching youtube videos to look for inspiration to alter my habits. There was this word I think i’ve heard in like 10 consecutive videos . . . ‘intermittent fasting.’ Kid you not, for days I could not get this word out of my head. When I think of fasting, I think of religion. But, after research, I learned something new!  This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own.I turned Youtube off and turned to potential books and came across ‘Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight.' by Joel Marion. I chose this book because it has a huge burger on the front and says ‘The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks- Whole Burning Fat Overnight.’ Now this sounds like the diet for me. I ordered the book and it came super fast. Just by looking at the table of contents it seems like an interesting read! Not only is the author provided advice, but they breakdown certain phases. Most youtubers, experts, and self-help gurus I have followed tell you what to do and how soon you can expect results (which seems fabricated, as always.)It's been 2 weeks and I am already experiencing amazing results within myself. Nothing noticeable just yet on my appearance, but I feel amazing internally. What pushed me to really sign up was to regulate my blood sugar, boost my metabolism, and many more reasons. I wish I didn't have that much to change about myself, but I am excited to keep this going!
I will be back next week for another update! But in the mean time I challenge all of you reading this to try this 3-phase program out! It may not be for everyone, but it doesn't hurt to say you tried. I will have all of the details below and I wish you all the best of luck! I sure needed it and still do! (Haha)Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.
p.s. my favorite quote and tip to follow in the book, so far, is:“Late-night eating also curbs calorie intake the next day. In a four-week study, dieters added a snack to their daily regimen 90 minutes after dinner every night, and check this out: late-night eaters ate an average of 397 fewer calories per day."Why I Chose This Diet Book (Starting A New Healthier Journey)
