By far the most popular faux leather leggings, year after year, are from Spanx. They are under $100, come in petite, regular, and tall, and in sizes XS-3X. I find that they run true to size and as someone with soft curves and wide calves, find them quite comfortable and that they will hold their shape all day, even through a cross-country flight. However, I don't think anyone will look at them and believe they are real leather. I don't think that matters though, faux leather is more stylish than ever, and these are still quite chic.
Commando also makes a high-quality, stylish faux leather legging under $100. I would say they look more like real leather than Spanx with fabrication and design, but because of that they aren't as good with bounce-back and stretch through the day. However, they run almost a full size small; I wear one size larger with Commando than I do Spanx. Commando faux leather leggings come in a range of colors in sizes XXS-3X and some sizes are available in petite.
I find Lysse faux leather leggings to look the most like real leather, and be of excellent quality. The seaming elongates legs and the fabric really molds to your body for a perfect fit. They are available in a few different colors (and of course black) in sizes XS-XL for $109 and plus sizes 1X-3X in black only, for $119.
For quality faux leather leggings with a bit of interest, the Yummie faux leather leggings with ankle zippers are highly rated for fabric, quality, and style. They are available in sizes XS-3X for $68.
One of the best plus-size faux leather leggings is from ELOQUII. While the other brands go up to size 3X, ELOQUII focuses on fit specifically for plus sizes and it shows with these comfortable, well-fitting faux leather leggings in sizes 14-28. They run true to size and have a soft interior that is both comfortable and cozy on a brisk fall day. Two colors; available for $89.95.
