Bulu Box is a subscription box filled with health and fitness goodies. Each month you get a custom box filled with 5+ samples from top health/fitness brands. You earn points for each box you get and can get even more points for taking product surveys. You can then use said points to purchase full-sized versions of your favorite products. Some boxes are winners. Some are just ok – but I love the surprise of healthy goodies, getting to test them out, and share my thoughts with you.

So onto what was in the latest box!

Sweet Wheat Capsules – These are capsules filled with all natural wheat grass juice, which is packed with minerals, vitamins, amino acids, live enzymes, chlorophyll, and antioxidants. Because it’s in a capsule, it didn’t have a flavor at all, which I think is a good thing (I dunno if I’d like wheat grass). I got two servings in the little pack, so I’m not sure that was enough to really feel the effects, but I felt healthy just knowing I was downing some wheat grass haha. Would I buy it? Probably not.

Munk Pack – I was really excited when I saw this in my box, because I love trying new snack foods, especially one that are vegan and gluten free. It’s a mix of whole grain oats, flax, and fruit (a combo I use all the time in overnight oats) in a little packet that you squeeze into you mouth. Sounds perfect for a grab-n-go breakfast or a workout fuel, right? Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. The flavor was good (I got Blueberry Acai Flax), but I couldn’t really get over the texture. It was all chunky and reminded me of vomit, not to gross you out or anything. If I squeezed it into a bowl and ate it with a spoon, it might be better, but that defeats the purpose of its grab-n-go nature. Would I buy it? No dice.

Simple Being Daily Personal Vitamin Gummies – I love getting my vitamins in gummy form. It’s like a little treat with crazy healthy benefits. Two of these little guys deliver 100% of your daily value of Vitamins D, B-6, and B-12, along with a bunch of other vitamins and minerals your body craves. Nom nom. Would I buy it? Yupsiree!

Nuline Nutritionals DSpeed – This is a little peach-flavored tablet that dissolves in your mouth and delivers a healthy dose of Vitamin D, which is essential for bone and teeth formation and supports immune and cellular health. It’s a way to get vitamin D without sugar, yeast, gluten, soy, dairy, sodium, preservatives, or artificial coloring/flavoring. I still have to try this one, but it sounds tasty. Would I buy it? TBD.

NeoCell Biotin Bursts – I’m a huge fan of NeoCell, so I had a feeling I’d like this little chew. I was right, it was delicious! Not only that, but it packs a mean punch of Biotin (a B vitamin that helps support healthy hair, skin, and nails) and Brazilian Acai Powder which makes it super tasty. Plus, it’s gluten, soy, and artificial flavor free! Would I buy it? Absolutely. I might have already purchased a full size version…

Supreme Protein Accelerate Morning Protein Bar – These  bars were designed to boost your metabolism and provide sustained energy in the morning. They contain 15g of hunger-stopping protein and are just 180 calories. I was excited to try this, but upon reading the label realized I couldn’t (it’s gluten free but not lactose free). I gave it to my boyfriend to try and he was a fan. He said it was tasty, filling, and as far as protein bars go, pretty good! I asked him: Would you buy it? His answer: Yes! Winner winner protein bar for dinner…errr… breakfast!
