We have posted many CGI-heavy “Battleship” trailers, but here’s one that shows the film’s softer side. MTV News’ Summer Movie Preview has offered up an exclusive clip featuring Alexander Skarsgård with Taylor Kitsch and Brooklyn Decker.
The scene in the clip comes early in the film, with Kitsch as an unemployed slacker, Alex Hopper, sharing a birthday party in a dingy bar with his brother, Stone (Alexander Skarsgård). Peter Berg was impressed with Alexander’s looks saying that he that while he loved Alexander Skarsgård’s work as a vampire in “True Blood,” it wasn’t his résumé that won him the gig.
