True Blood’s Sam Trammell and actress, Laura Dern play Shailene Woodley’s parents in the new film “The Fault in Our Stars.” The couple has a very close relationship with their daughter and Sam and Laura confessed, in the video below, that they knew it was important for them to bond, so they basically “forced” Shailene to like them in real life. The film opens in theaters on June 6, 2014.
