In this dynamic version of Arms Overhead Pose you will be lifting and lowering your heels, so this version challenges your balance while it strengthens your calf muscles and mobilizes your shoulders. You will also be adding a strap around your lower thighs and pressing outwards against the strap to add strengthening for your outer legs and hip muscles, especially the gluteus medius.
