Mountain biking can be an incredibly fun and rewarding sport. It can also have a steep learning curve and a sharp barrier to entry for those who might be a little bit too intimidated with everything that goes into it. Thankfully, there are a lot of great resources online to assist with that process, one of which you'll find in the video above. The host of this clip wants to help new riders get started, while also assisting experienced mountain bikers hone their skills too. To that end, he's created an interesting and helpful clip that answers all of the questions you've always had about the sport, but were too embraced to ask. There is a ton of great stuff to take away here and I'd even venture to guess that veteran riders will pick up some good information too.
