Chicago rapper Vic Mensa is one of the more interesting artists in hip hop right now, because he hasn't been afraid to blend genres. "No Chill" is no exception with the features of DJ superstar Skrillex and producer Jahlil Beats, which find the production blending hip hop and EDM perfectly.
