Boiler was in Sunny Garden Road, Hendon. The hot water is going hot to cold..no one can have a normal shower. Inside look confirmes the problem with overheating of the boiler. As soon as the flow temperature reaches 85C the burner cuts off . The boiler was repaired and the client can have a normal shower again! See Video 2 to find out what was the problem.
