In the middle of nowhere, and a restaurant with no other guests, a rush lunch pick just before holiday season. La fourchette du printemps is a cheap pick in michelin constellation of Paris, even a truffle menu cost 75 euro, regular menu among 49 and 59 respectively. But it has its short,  delinquency in execution is evident, given the overall deliciousness. Service is attentive and warm, well trained. It certainly a value guaranteed choice if you are not expecting an innovative venture. 3 lollipop for fourchette.
