Jane Doe Files Suit Against Mega Celeb For Rape, HIV Exposure
It seems like a new Hollywood hotshot is getting exposed for sexual misconduct every other day.
Now, an explosive new case has another big celeb at the center — this time with claims of rape, and deadly disease exposure.
A California woman, who only names herself as Jane Doe, says she served as a part-time personal assistant for a big male celebrity, named in the case as “David Doe.”
Jane claims the celeb forced her into rough sex, and ignored her repeated claims to stop. She also says he mocked and belittled her pleading with him to stop the assault, spitting on her when she protested. He also threatened to anally rape her.
Furthermore, she claims he refused to use a condom, thus indirectly exposing her to HIV as she had knowledge that one of his recent partners had tested positive for the disease. He even supposedly told her she should get tested after he was finished.
Jane is suing for unspecified damages.
