My experience: I love the pump packaging of the Tvakh Colloidal Oat & Carrotseed Broad Spectrum Sunguard Gel. The gel is tinted and appears thick when dispensed. However it becomes thin in contact with the skin and spreads evenly. It moisturizes the skin nicely. I am sure the non-sticky lightweight form would be quite suitable for oily skin. For those with dry skin it may not be that moisturizing enough. It has a mild fragrance. It imparts an complexion with a natural radiance. It does not have any major coverage. 
But as a daily use product, it will be great, specially those with oily skin. It is also suitable for acne prone and sensitive skin. Very few products are manufactured that can be useful for sensitive skin and I am glad that Tvakh has come up with one.It does not become greasy or make the face sweaty after use and the face actually looks glowing for a long time.
