While this Sunday’s episode of Once Upon a Time (ABC, 8/7c) promises to reveal exactly what Snow White did back in fairytale land to turn Regina into the Evil Queen, things are just as frosty between the ladies’ Storybrooke counterparts, as seen in this exclusive clip.
As Mayor Mills unabashedly basks in the prospect of seeing Mary Margaret get sent away from Storybrooke and into prison, the mild-mannered schoolteacher pleads her innocence in the murder of David’s wife, Kathryn. (If Ginnifer Goodwin’s performance doesn’t conjure up damp eyes, you may want to see if your heart is stored away in a subterranean vault somewhere.)
But it’s Regina’s response to Mary Margaret’s demonstration that will leave the jailbird — and perhaps you — speechless.
