True Blood Season 5 Spoilers: Russell Edgington and Tara Thornton

E! Online answered some fan questions yesterday about season 5 of True Blood and they’re pretty juicy! Since the season 4 finale, there has been mad speculation about both Russell Edgington and Tara Thornton – how did Russell bust out of the cement? Will Tara really die? Well, Truebies, you’ve been warned; don’t read any further if you don’t want to know! Denis O’Hare revealed that Russell indeed had help getting out of his concrete prison: “It’s somebody who nobody knows yet. It’s a surprising character. And I think you get a hint in episode two, and then a big hint in episode five.” And it sounds like being buried alive, er, dead hasn’t changed him much: “He’s still vicious, he’s still dangerous, he’s still highly charming, but they added all this stuff to him. We get to see him fall in love!” And Rutina Wesley revealed some pretty important details pertaining to Tara’s fate: “[I'm] definitely coming back, just can’t tell you quite how.  The interesting thing, for me, is the fans watching Tara recover. She kind of becomes a new woman. The journey she’s about to embark on is out of control.” What do you think, Truebies? Who or what helped Russell escape?
