I might not be wrong If I say that everything you need is available over the web. Internet is not only a source of information but also a storage of our daily usage things. If you're in an urgent need of physical ruler to measure anything then Internet is solution for you. Yes! I said it right, you can find online virtual rulers to measure any quantity such as Inches (in) or metric (cm, mm).
