The Ultimate Fruit Leftover Dessert -- A Recipe to Start The  Season in Style

Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite fruit recipes. The more I make this fruit dessert the more I enjoy it ! Why?...because it is an AMAZING, Effective and --not to mention Tasty way to use *Fruit Leftovers*. 
To make this dessert you can use any fruit of your choice; strawberries, peaches, apples, grapefruit, etc. It is absolutely versatile and it could be serveover vanilla cake, chocolate cake, ice cream, crepes, pancakes and even cereal! Sautéed fruit could also be used as a pie filling-- Is quick to cook, is fresh, healthy (is not canned fruit) and works wonders for your fruit pie.

Serves 2
1 Medium red apple, sliced
3 Pineapple Slices 1 Medium plum, sliced 1/2 Big green Apple, sliced
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 C. Soft brown sugar
 
Preparation:
In a medium fry pan, melt butter. Add sugar, fruit and lemon juice. Cook for 4-5 minutes--
stir while cooking--or until fruit is soft and golden brown. Serve over vanilla cake, chocolate cake, ice cream,crepes,pancakes or cereal. And it could also be used as pie filling.
