“The Time Is Always Right To Do What’s Right!”- Martin Luther King, Jr.

With the DEM's ready to impeach Donald Trump this week and Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell saying they won't likely take it up until after Trump leaves office since the senate is in recess until January 19th..... has me reflecting on the words of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The time is always right to do what's right.

King recited these powerful words during his speech on "The Future of Integration," at Oberlin College on October 22, 1964.

"The time is always right to do what's right," the late Civil Rights icon told Oberlin students. He was concerned about the upcoming election. In what was a bloody year in American history, with riots in at least six American cities and the murder of three civil rights workers in Mississippi, King's words were painfully significant: "It is true that behavior cannot be legislated, and legislation cannot make you love me, but legislation can restrain you from lynching me, and I think that is kind of important."

Senator McConnell those words still ring true today... do the right thing! If the Senate has to come back early to vote on the articles of impeachment then do it! People have died because of this irresponsible and dangerous President. Enough is Enough! Send him home now and yes impeach him so that we Americans can be sure that he could never run for office again.
