The Sunday Beauty School | Norwich Commercial Photography

By Rob Dodsworth @Rob_Dodsworth

Want to learn how to do your make-up like a professional and create the perfect smokey eye? Or, are you looking to pick up a few tricks of the trade when it comes to the perfect updo for your wedding? Then you might want to take a closer look at the Norwich based Sunday Beauty School. Co-founded by hairstylist extraordinaire Amy, Flamingo Amy and leading make-up artist Emily, Love Moi Makeup; the Sunday Beauty School operates from the premises of Flint Hair Salon in Norwich on the third Sunday of every other month. Emily and Amy are well renowned and have recently collaborated on this project to extend their knowledge to participants at their workshop classes.

These images are the product of being commissioned to document the Beauty School’s Glamorous 1940s Hair and Hollywood Skin class earlier this month.  I was pleased to be able to go along and to capture some frames but what I wasn’t expecting was, into the bargain, I would pick up some killer tips on how do create the perfect Victory Rolls, or, find my perfect foundation! But then them’s the perks

;-)
All I need do now is grow my hair out…just a little!

Both Emily and Amy are also available for your wedding hair and makeup and come highly recommended!

I hope you enjoy these images. If you’re interested in finding out more about the school, you can contact either Amy, or, Emily, via the links above. And if you’re looking for a photographer…please do get in touch here.
