I’ve been to the Omphoy twice before. Both times, I had a wonderful lunch outside, looking at the beautiful beach.
It is so nice to be able to lounge on new chairs and eat on nice tables. The black and blue decor is just perfect for complimenting the ocean colors. The cuisine is that of Michelle Bernstein and her twist on comfort food is absolutely delicious.
This time, I tried dinner, which was great. Once I finished my food, I just sat back, enjoying my glass of wine and the peacefulness of the atmosphere.
I do not particularly like a few features of this hotel such as the pool in the parking lot and the black hallways and dark rooms, but like everything else, there is always a key element that makes sense. In this case, it’s the restaurant… definitely worth a visit.
