For the past couple of months, I've been looking for a new tennis bag that not only is functional but that also reflects my personal style...and it needs to fit my budget. So when I was asked by representatives of New Orleans based HADAKI if I wanted to sample one of their tennis totes, I'm like, "YAAAAAASSSSSS!"
I chose the "Shadow Flowers" pattern, praying that it was as amazing in person as it looked online...and when it arrived a couple of days later, I couldn't believe my eyes. To say it's nothing like any of the other tennis bags I've ever owned is a gross understatement.

For the fashionista.
Who says a tennis bag has to look like a tennis bag? Forget the plain, masculine bulky look. These totes are simply stunning, and while they do have many patterns and colors, the "Shadow Flowers" is my absolute fave. It features a gorgeous blend of muted shades of green, lavender, gray and black which happens to go with a lot of my tennis outfits. And priced at only $84, I can afford to get more in different colors/patterns (and match ALL of my outfits!)
For the practical player.
Both inexpensive and versatile, this tote can go from the courts to the clubhouse to the gym...no handbag needed as there is more than enough room for all your tennis stuff AND your wallet and keys. You get quality AND value with HADAKI products, too, as they combine top-quality eco-friendly materials with fine workmanship. So not only do they look great, but they will stay looking great for a long time!
For the well-prepared player.
This soft-sided tote has a spacious interior for holding everything you will possibly need on the court (and even some things you don't!) I have tennis balls, towels, organic energy mix, water bottle, spare sweatbands and dry socks, an extra hat, black LBH cover-up, extra overgrip and dampeners, sunscreen, first aid kit and supplies, personal stuff, notepad and pen, and the kitchen sink! OK...not the kitchen sink, but definitely everything else...and there's a place for everything!
For the traveler.
If you play tennis in out-of-town tournaments or on your vacations, then this is the perfect tote for you. It holds a lot, and takes up very little room in your car, and it stores easily in overhead bins on airplanes. And because the bag itself weighs next to nothing, even full with your things it's comfortable to carry over your shoulder or on your arm if you have to walk very far with it.
For the earth-conscious player.
This is one of my favorite things about the HADAKI tote. As many of you already know, I'm a non-preaching, "go-green" vegan, and this tote is made of eco-friendly materials. This means no AZO and Phthalates (DEHP, DBP, BOP) or any other harmful chemicals that many of the other top manufactured brands use.
For the organized player.
If you're like me, you like your things having their own place...and this tote really delivers! The front has a zippered pocket which easily accommodates two rackets. Then, there is a large pocket on the back which has a velcro closure, along with a smaller zippered pocket for quick access to your car keys. Inside, there are multiple slip pockets (one is perfect for my iphone!), one medium-sized zippered pocket, and a deep pocket with an elastic opening that will hold either a can of balls, several loose balls, or your water bottle.
For the messy player.
Oh yeah...I went there, lol! This tote is SO easy to maintain, with most surfaces - including the interior - featuring water resistant and wipeable fabrics and finishes. Do you have problems with your sports bottle leaking in your bag? No worries! These totes have a specially coated lining that literally wipes clean. The exterior wipes clean, too! How awesome is that?
For the fit player.
Many players are into fitness as well as tennis, and with this tote, there is no need to lug around a separate gym bag. This bag is just the right size (18″ L x 6″ W x 15.75″ H), allowing you to carry all of your tennis and gym stuff in one bag! Sweet!
For the guys!
