The explosive tell-all book by Trump’s niece is coming out two weeks earlier than expected

"Due to the high demand and extraordinary interest in this book," Too much and never enough "by Mary L. Trump will now be released on July 14, 2020," said Simon & Schuster on Monday.

He was previously scheduled to go out on July 28.

The publisher has already printed 75,000 copies of the book, according to documents filed in court. Captioned "How My Family Created The World's Most Dangerous Man", it is currently the best-selling book on Amazon, surpassing John Bolton's memories of "The Room It Happened".

In the prologue to the book, Mary Trump writes: "In addition to the first-hand accounts I can give as the daughter of my father and the only niece of my uncle, I have the perspective of a qualified clinical psychologist. Too much and never enough is the story of the most visible and powerful family in the world. And I'm the only Trump who wants to say it. "

On Monday, Simon & Schuster published the back cover of the book. It is an excerpt from Mary's handwriting, declaring that "today, Donald is about the same as he was three years old: unable to grow, learn or evolve, unable to regulate his emotions, to moderate responses or to capture and synthesize information. "

Mary also writes about President Fred's father, who "caused her terror," she says. "Donald suffered privations that would scare him for life," says Mary.

When the existence of Mary's book was revealed last month, the president's younger brother Robert took legal action to block its publication.

He is notably represented by one of the President's lawyers, Charles Harder, who has worked for Trump and the Trump re-election campaign for years.

After losing to Queens County Surrogate Court, Robert Trump took his case to the New York State Supreme Court and briefly prevailed, winning an injunction against Mary Trump and Simon & Schuster.

But a court of appeal lifted the restraining order the next day against the publisher.

The prohibition order is still in place against Mary Trump, so she is unable to comment publicly. She has a spokesperson, Chris Bastardi, who said on Monday: "The act of a sitting president muzzling a private citizen is just the latest in a series of disturbing behaviors that have already destabilized a fractured nation in the face of a global pandemic. If Mary cannot comment, one can only wonder: what is Donald Trump so afraid of? "

Mary's lawyer, Ted Boutrous, told "reliable sources" on Sunday that he was confident that the restraining order would be lifted.

"The Supreme Court has never maintained a prior restriction in any case in history where political discourse was involved. This is what it is," he said. "This is an important book on the President of the United States."

The next hearing in the matter is scheduled for Friday.

In a legal case on his behalf, Boutrous and his other lawyers said the book is his "own story of life as a member of the Trump family - a story that includes information about the president's financial and family harms United States. And her siblings. "

"This book addresses issues of critical importance to our country, with critical information regarding the President of the United States, his formative years, and his family's financial transactions," said the legal file. "Ms. Trump offers a personal perspective on President Trump - a valuable source of eyewitnesses for historians and citizens."

Harder did not respond to requests for comment on the status of the case.

CNN's Sara Murray and Oliver Darcy contributed to the report.
