Rhodes Town
The Medieval Town of Rhodes is a true gem in Greece. One of the best-preserved medieval towns in Europe, it is inscribed in the World Heritage List of UNESCO. Lindos
The counterweight to Rhodes Town is Lindos, which is located about 50 km from the capital. It is a picturesque white settlement build on a huge rock overlooking the Aegean Sea. Faliraki

Monolithos
Monolithos is located on the southern side of the island, 80 km from Rhodes Town, so you definitely need a car to get there. It is one of the most impressive villages in Rhodes with a Venetian castle, which was built by the knights in the 15 th century, on the top of a rock. The village is very beautiful with stone-built houses and cobblestone paths, but it is worth the walk for a couple of km to see the castle and the church climbing over the top.
Kritinia
Kritinia is the last place we recommend you to visit due to the Venetian castle and the church of Agios Ioannis with the magnificent wall paintings that date back to 16th century. It also has breathtaking panoramic sea view, so it is a great spot to eat or drink coffee.
