The Avengers: Most Friggin Awesome Movie Of The Decade

Posted on the 31 August 2012 by Nrjperera @nrjperera
I've enjoyed watching The Iron Man and then The Incredible Hulk followed by Iron Man 2, Thor and Captain America for several times. They were all perfectly balanced, well-developed and planned movies. Personally I loved them all, until I met the friggin mother of all those movies, a combination of those awesome movies, but with much better quality and a new story. Yes, I'm talking about The Avengers.
The Avengers: Most Friggin Awesome Movie Of The DecadeSpoilers Ahead !!

Story -:

Loki is alive. He comes down to earth to rule the entire world. Nick Fury has no option but to gather up his  team, The Avengers. Fury contacts all the superheroes one by one and re unites them back to beat down Loki and his unearthly army to save the world. Do I have to say anything more?

First Impression -:

Fucking awesome. It's like a combination of The Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor,Captain America and with bit of more awesomeness. Every single detail at its best.

Good Stuff -:

Iron Man, aka  Robert Downey Jr. was the badass of the show. Without his awesome acting, the entire movie would have been nothing. Chris Evans also does a great job as Captain America by leading the Avengers team and not to mention Scarlett Johansson who kicked many of the bad guy-asses as Black Widow. By the way, she was so damn hot.

Tom Hiddleston's portrayal of Loki was simply amazing. I gotta say it was one of the best villains I saw after The Joker from Dark Knight. And not to mention Jeremy Renner's actions as HawkEye. Maybe we will see a solo movie for HawkEye someday soon.
Special effects, music, sound effects, dialogues and script are almost like perfect. It was the best 143 minutes I've spent watching a movie in years. Joss Whedon, the director of this brilliant movie, definitively deserves an Oscar award for this one. He was so perfect with every small detail of this movie from selecting characters to including tiny jokes.

Bad Stuff -:

Nothing to say in this section, really. Except about Hulk's CG model. I think those scenes were pretty obvious. And I also prefered Edward Norton instead of Mark Ruffalo.

Summary -:

Overall, The Avengers movie absolutely earned its' 8.5 rating and good reviews all over the world of entertainment. I can safely say that this is the best movie I've seen so far this decade.
While you eagerly wait for the next installment of The Avengers, which is scheduled to be released in 2015, you can get The Avengers on Blu-ray and DVD on September 25th 2012.
