Ten of the Very Best Hotels in Leicestershire, England

By Russell Deasley @Worlds_Top_10

This landlocked county located in the English Midlands has a population of just over 1 million and some of the best hotels in the UK. With so much sporting heritage this is a county that gets a lot of visitors and sometimes it can be almost as many visitors as there are people who live within its boundaries! That, of course, means there are a lot of hotels to choose from and while I haven't stayed in all of them I have stayed in more than enough to justify making this list of what I personally think are ten of the very best hotels in Leicestershire...

Kilworth House Hotel, Lutterworth Road, Lutterworth - Book Now: >> CLICK HERE <<

With its 38 acres of landscaped parkland, this grand country Victorian house is one of the poshest hotels you will stay in and on top of all the amenities like an orangery, tea room and a load of other essentials there is an outdoor theatre to enjoy in the summer nights.

This hotel is in the style of a mock Tudor-style country house and offers a relaxing weekend with its spas and other treatment options. With large individual designed rooms it is the perfect weekend retreat and it doesn't charge the earth.

If you like your hotels to have some history it doesn't get much more historical than this Coaching inn that was still an inn when it was opened in 947 A.D! With upscale rooms a high-class restaurant and bar this is 1000 years of class that is still top of its game.

Quorn Grange Hotel, Quorn, Loughborough - Book Now: >> CLICK HERE <<

For the price you pay to stay in this 19th-century country house hotel you might think you won't get a lot for your money, but with 8 acres of gardens to explore, free WiFi and a gym this hotel offers true value for money and is perfect for anyone visiting the Great Central Railway or Loughborough town centre.

Morley Hayes Hotel, Morley, Ilkeston - Book Now: >> CLICK HERE <<

If you love your golfing weekends this hotel offers a championship golf course as well as the usual highly polished rooms some that have views overlooking the landscaped gardens. With its close proximity to Derby, this might well be the hotel for you.

If you have ever dreamed of staying the night in a castle and being treated like royalty this hotel located in the grounds of Warwick Castle might well be a dream come true. The good news is you don't have to have the budget of a king or Queen to stay here.

Badgers Mount Hotel, Elmesthorpe, Leicestershire - Book Now: >> CLICK HERE <<

I always enjoy staying in a family-run hotel and this one is almost perfect. With a nice restaurant and good sized rooms, this is a relaxing place that will help you unwind for the night. Its also not that far from Leicester city centre if you plan to visit there.
