What I like about Maybelline Color Show 221 Buried Treasure -
- The color!Buried Treasure is a gorgeous taupe brown nail color with flecks of golden shimmers - almost metallic but not as stark. It brightens up my hand without givug a dull look. This might show up on Fair to Medium complexion quite well.
- The color applies smoothly without any streaks or bubbles. It has a smooth metallic finish - where streaking is a common issue but no such issues with Maybelline Color Show Nail Colors. It applies opaque in 2 coats
- Dries quickly! I apply 2 coats of any nail color and fear fabric marks, etc on my nails - bu to the amazement it dries pretty quickly - barely 5 minutes and my nail paint didn't get spoiled.
- Good wear time! Initially I have applied this shade for a wedding, and after 5 days of wear (without top coat), the finish was good - neither fresh nor dull! There was minor tip wear but no chipping. Quite impressive!
- Cute packaging! the bottles fit easily in your fist. The brush provided is dense enough to cover up even smaller nails.
- Close-up finish! When the nail paint dries, you cannot notice gritty texture - the finish is very subtle. Mostly with metallic nail colors there are air bubbles in the liquid and they escape out leaving a small circular uneven bump – really tiny. But you can't notice these issues with Color Show Nail Colors.
