Un noto proverbio milanese afferma : La buca l'è minga straca se la sa non de vaca. Ovvero la bocca non è stanca se non sa di vacca.

Quindi? Bisogna mangiare il formaggio per completare il pasto.

Bhe non è un sacrificio dai!

La varietà di formaggi in Italia rende la scelta un po' più complicata, ma anche il palato più fine troverà la situazione adatta.

Fra i tanti il taleggio è da provare . Formaggio Dop, quindi qualità assicurata. La sua nascita risale all'antichità, forse anche prima del X secolo! Pian piano riuscì a conquistare sia le tavole degli italiani che il riconoscimento di prodotto di qualità.

Come si può rinunciare ad assaggiare un pezzo storico della cultura culinaria Italiana? Non si può ovviamente e quindi, diamoci dentro ragazzi...tanto al dieta siamo sempre in tempo a farla!

Il vero taleggio può essere prodotto solo in un'area precisa, quella che si trova nella bergamasca e che comprende la Val Taleggio. Arriva a noi finito, ma avete idea di che processo di lavorazione comporti questo prodotto? Il segreto della sua bontà è che da secoli viene prodotto sempre nello stesso modo!

Vi potranno consigliare tantissime ricette da fare con questo formaggio. Tutte buonissime, però la prima volta ( a anche dopo) mangiato con una buona fetta di pane è veramente qualcosa di delizioso!

A famous saying in Milan affirms: la buca l'è minga straca se la sa no de vaca. It means that we need to eat some cheese to finish our lunch or dinner. Well it is definetely not a sacrifice to do it! The huge variety of Italian cheese make the choise a bit difficult. Even the most demanding person will find his favourite cheese. I suggest you to taste taleggio. This cheese is Dop and this means that it is a quality product. It is a very old cheese. Maybe it existed before X century. During the centuries it has seduced the Italians and it receives the definition of quality product . You have to taste a so historical product. So let's eat, my friends! Diet? After all tomorrow is another day !

The true talaggio is made only in a specific area - in Bergamo area and in Val Taleggio. We see only the final result of this product but its production is very complex and the attention of the manufacters make it a unique cheese!
The secret of its quality is in is porduction - always the same from centuries. Now there are many recipes with taleggio . All are gorgeuos. Anyway oof is the first time you taste it ( and not only the forst time) , youshould eat this chese alone with a slice of good bread...it is delightful to eat! Then tell me your food experience with taleggio!
