Usually I include sundal recipes in my snacks time frequently as it is rich in protein and also it is good to have for all ages.because if we take fried items as snacks daily ,will end up in weight gain and digestive issues. So it is good to choose our fillers in a healthy manner. i have already posted rajma cutlet which you can serve for tea time.

How to make sweet rajma sundal recipe:

  1. Soak 1 cup of dried rajma in enough water for 4 to 5 hrs.
  2. Rinse well and drain the water.
  3. Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles. Once the pressure released, check the lentil whether it is fully cooked. If not cooked well, you can pressure cook for one more whistle.
  4. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
  5. Heat a kadai, add 1 tbsp of ghee, to it add cooked rajma and give a quick toss.
  6. To it add ½ cup of jaggery and ½ tsp of cardamom powder or powder from two cardamom pods.
  7. Mix well and add ½ of shredded coconut. Toss well and serve hot.
