Star Wars Superfan Test: How Many of the Mos Eisley Cantina Scene Characters Can You Name?

That's how many characters I can name in Star Wars ' iconic Mos Eisley Cantina scene. There's Luke and Obi-Wan, obviously. Plus, Chewbacca, Han Solo and Greedo.

You know what that means? That I am not a Star Wars superfan.

The same can't be said for my contact at HalloweenCostumes.com who occasionally sends me cool new infographics. His latest is "Scum and Villainy of the Mos Eisley Cantina." It walks through the entire cantina and names every single character because in some Star Wars encyclopedia somewhere every one of those characters is undoubtedly listed and briefly explained. The fact that this information exists is a testament to the amount of detail which had to go into the planning and/or later commodification of this scene (i.e., one assumes these characters have all been made into toys at some point). So, now if you ever end up in a Star Wars trivia contest and the "Who is Dr. Cornelius Evazan?" gotcha question comes up you might remember the answer.
