It's time for everyone's favorite feline to take over Singapore again! Hello Kitty returns with her friends - My Melody and Little Twin Stars, Kiki and Lala, on a surprise trip round Singapore to give Singaporeans a chance to win flight tickets to USA or Taiwan on the new Eva Air Hello Kitty Jet!Ahead of the permanent launch of the EVA Air Hello Kitty themed jet in June, the Taiwan-based carrier has collaborated with Sanrio to specially design single and double-decked public buses, bringing the whole Hello Kitty experience to life on Singapore roads for the first time!
Running on service 14, the first-ever double deck concept bus in Singapore was transformed into the world of EVA Air’s Hello Kitty Shining Star Jet, other bus service numbers also include 10, 12, 130, 36, 39, 62, 154, and 159.
Travelling from Bedok Bus Interchange to Clementi Bus Interchange, the concept bus carries the cute Hello Kitty designs wholly painted on all sides of the bus, splashed on the ceiling, floor, steps, windows and wall panels.
The lower deck carries a sweet pink theme with Hello Kitty and friends riding on glistening stars, while the upper deck shows the characters soaring through the clear blue skies with the EVA Air Hello Kitty jet. Fans will be thrilled to see the Sanrio friends greeting them at the back of each seat as well.
From 22 May 2015 to 6 August 2015, try to spot the EVA Air Hello Kitty double deck concept bus #14 on the road, snap a picture of the bus or what's better, hop on for a ride and share those pictures on Instagram, with the hashtag #EVAAirHelloKittyBus , to stand a chance to win that dream flight ticket!
Through the contest, two lucky winners will walk away with the Grand Prize of an EVA Air flight ticket to USA or a flight ticket Taiwan on the new Hello Kitty jet. Each week, participants can also stand a chance to win an exclusive EVA Air Hello Kitty goodie bag.
As part of the campaign, EVA Air will also take the experience to the next level with an upcoming Facebook application, called “Fly with Hello Kitty”. Fans will be able to earn “kitty dollars” by playing fun and interactive games online, where they can redeem EVA Air in-flight items or win limited edition prizes.
