Thoughts on Sound of Violence

ThoughtsSound of Violence is a crime horror following one person’s desperate attempt to keep their hearing, which can only happen when they experience great violence in their life. This will play out following what will become a serial killer creating new designs, which could easily be compared to Saw with the devices to create sound. Where we will get the difference is by the mixing of the sound for her music, isn’t understood by anyone else, which will only drive them further down the dark path. This is a movie that will use brilliant effects to create the devices, with the final scene being one of the most memorable sequences in the film, with the pure disturbing factor of what had been created. The performances are strong with Jasmin Savoy Brown playing the jilted figure of Alexis right on the edge, while the typical best friend performance from Lili Simmons, is everything it needs to be. This is going to be one that isn’t the most comfortable to watch, but will be one talked about for the creations involved in the film.

Final Thoughts Sound of Violence is a disturbing but captivating horror movie.
