They have been telling Dre to pump his breaks with all the billionaire talk since the big announcement of the Beats & Apple partnership, and maybe with reason. Last Friday, the former hedge-fund manager Steven Lamar filed a lawsuit against Dr. Dre and Jimmy Lovine for breach of contract and demands to be paid as 4 PERCENT of royalties on the Dre Beat headphone sales. Lamar says it was him who took the idea for celebrity base headphones to Lovine in 2006 in the first place!
