In late July, hundreds of fashion-loving women descended on Rydges Southbank to celebrate 10 years of Nikki Parkinson's Styling You with one hell of a party.
The day was a huge success and everyone soaked up the spectacular view of Brisbane while enjoying afternoon tea, drinks and, as the sun went down, talking all things fashion, life and social media as online friendships became 'IRL' (in real life) ones.

It has been three and a half years since I started posting my outfits on Instagram, quickly joining Nikki's #everydaystyle movement.
What started as a bit of fun every now and then to show my outfits to my friends quickly grew to be part of my daily life and now, not only has it brought me some amazing friends, it's opened doors I didn't know existed!
One of the opportunities was to model alongside Katy, Karen, Jasmine, Lily, Stacey and I to model in the parade of looks put together by Nikki featuring pieces from Birdsnest, FRANKiE4, Miss Monogram and jewellery by Jan Logan.

I generally adhere to the 'boobs or legs' rule, but Nikki said the dress code was 'Extra', so I flashed a bit of both in this divine floral Songbird Wrap Dress from Finders Keepers and kept my metallic accessories simple, because the dress was such a standout.
