Own’s hit, Tyler Perry drama, won Tuesday night television according to reports. The season premiere delivered 3 million viewers and was the #1 cable show for women.
The Have and The Have Nots was also the #1 show on all television for African-American viewers and was the #1 most social show across all broadcast, cable and syndication and across all dayparts.
Additionally, OWN was Tuesday night’s #1 network on television across all key African-American demos.
Oprah Winfrey’s network is winning! She kicks off the New Year with The Have and Have Nots, then in the spring Greenleaf is back, followed by Queen Sugar!
