Beautiful flowers in vivid colors combined perfectly with wooden details creating the most wonderful setting for today's wedding! Joy from Lebanon and Pierre from Saudi Arabia dreamed of a destination wedding choosing Cyprus as the ideal place to host their celebration of love. Their special day looked like a fairytale and the beautiful bride wearing an off shoulder princess wedding dress with embroidery of flowers felt so blessed meeting her future husband at the church with him offering her a lovely bridal bouquet with white peonies. Their wedding reception took place at the Aelia Wellness Retreat in Nicosia which was decorated so beautifully by Treasures Events for hosting their wedding party. Wooden chairs and tables were giving a rustic touch while fresh flower arrangements in vivid colors, ivory fabrics and gold geometrical decoration items with white candles adorned the wedding tables creating a dreamy setting with the most romantic atmosphere. We loved the beautiful wish table which surprised in the most wonderful way their guests by offering them unique presents as "hangover kits". The bride shared with us: "We met through my best friend, who happens to be his second cousin. It was 6 years ago this month actually! In April. He was already living in Saudi Arabia and was on vacation in Lebanon. We met the last day of his vacation and had a casual dinner with friends. 2 months later, when he came back to Lebanon, he asked me out and we had our first date. There was a crazy spark and so many beautiful emotions. He flew back the next day and we never stopped talking for 4 years through a long distance relationship and the heart break of only seeing each other every 2 months. We were committed and started talking about marriage, then he proposed to me in front of the Bellagio fountain in Las Vegas! It was a small intimate proposal since he is very shy!"

"We wanted a destination wedding with only our close relatives and friends, people that truly cared for us. So we chose Aelia Wellness Retreat in Cyprus! The concept was classy, simple and a bit vintage. I chose bright and beautiful colors like purple, orange, fuchsia tamed with a bit of beige and gold elements." "For the bridesmaids and mother of the bride's dresses, I went for greyish blue shades because I thought it went beautifully with the mood at the venue." "My wedding dress is a Calla Blanche Fall-Winter 18/19 collection. I got it from Manhattan New York at Loft bridal shop. I had a few adjustments done after buying it and changed the upper part (made it an off shoulder dress). It's a white small princess gown with beautiful endless little laced flowers covering the whole dress. These details made it dreamy and so classy to my opinion. It was what I wanted! I also got my head piece,veil and shoes from Manhattan. My mother and sisters also got there dresses in New York. Mother's dress was from McDuggal and bridesmaids from Jovani." "The best moment of your wedding was...So many beautiful moments since Aelia is a magical peaceful place. Mainly the ceremony because of the conductor's speech. It was very personal and emotional for everyone. Then the endless dancing and partying (We even forgot so many traditional details we had to do because we did not stop dancing)."
