Rum Swizzle

Rum Swizzle

40ml dark rum
50ml pineapple juice
50ml orange juice
7ml grenadine
dash of angostura bitters

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add plenty of ice. Shake and pour into a tall glass. Decorate with a wedge of orange and enjoy.  This reminds me of sunnier and definitely drier climes!  It would be easy to make a big jug of this summer and share with friends if you fancy a change to Pimms.
