A wedding in Agios Nikolaos, Crete so beautiful it reminds us why we love love stories written by the sea. Christina and Jeffrey chose the Minos Beach Art Hotel to celebrate their one of a kind day, a timeless destination set beside the Aegean Sea, surrounded by lush gardens and crystal clear waters, where art and nature come together to create a feeling of genuine hospitality. Their romantic wedding decoration unfolded in soft whites and airy blues that blended effortlessly with the landscape, featuring a semicircular arch outside the church adorned with roses, lisianthus and baby blue blooms, with the same floral story continuing on the tables of the seaside wedding reception. Every image captures the couple’s deep connection and the beauty of the day, with the bride sharing with us: «My favorite moment from my wedding was eating the gourmet food under the fairy lights near the Aegean Sea». «For our wedding decoration we choose white hydrangeas, peonies and roses with green olive leaves and some other blue flower. The color palette was white, sand, dusty blue, romantic gray and a touch of gold. For the wedding ceremony we have aisle decoration with bases with flowers in our color scheme in different sizes and flower arrangements to create a runway.»
The advice I would give to a bride who is now planning her wedding is to listen to your wedding planner, especially if it’s a destination wedding. Trust the local vendors. Visit the venues if you can!

«For the wedding reception we had flower arrangements for the tables, gold holders for flowers, white and dusty blue candles in glasses, fairy lights and gold pillars installed on patio. Also, there is and dj booth with our names on it.»
