The bride sherd with us: "We met in a small bar called the Pocket bar in Sydney, Australia. We then went for dinner, and as we were talking so much and enjoying each other's company, we walked straight past the restaurant. Twice! We've been together for the past 7 years, but it still took Warren 5 years to propose. He did it at his 40th birthday party, in the same restaurant we'd had our first date, with all our friends and family there to celebrate. I didn't suspect a thing, as Warren had let me plan most of it. But he'd been in contact with the restaurant and when the cake came out and he had to do a speech to say thanks for coming, he popped the question. There were only 2-3 people that knew it was coming, so everyone was surprised, and he was lucky I said yes! Warren had arranged for the champagne to be ready and everyone celebrated his 4 decades and our recent engagement. It was actually during this party that a friend of ours suggested Greece for the wedding, and so the idea was born."
