Robie’s family Dining and Lounge: Attica, Indiana
If you find yourself feeling a bit hungry after strolling through downtown Attica, Indiana, locals will quickly encourage you to try Robie’s Family Dining and Lounge.
They are known for two things: a killer pork tenderloin sandwich and a fish fillet sandwich!

We snagged a spot by the window in this Fountain County restaurant and prepared to dive into the menu.
The children’s menu is composed of only three items so we let Kid #1 order off the adult menu. He ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwich while Kid #2 requested a corn dog.
Hubs and I knew we had to get the pork tenderloin sandwich and the fish filet sandwich so…I claimed the pork tenderloin first thing!
Sides are extra so we decided to share a basket of loaded cheese fries. Mmm…bacon! All four of us were fans.

First, let me just say that Kid #2′s corn dog lunch was cute! Served in a colorful cardboard container, it included applesauce (or choice of cottage cheese), his corn dog, and a cookie!
He was pretty thrilled that he got dessert and no one else did.
Kid #2 loved his sandwich and hubs and I? Well, let’s just say that we definitely were not disappointed! Those are excellent sandwiches–I could only get through half of mine!
Hubs’ fish filet was an actual fish filet! Surprising and so very delicious.

Robie’s Family Dining and Lounge is just off the main drag downtown.
Definitely order the fish filet sandwich or the pork tenderloin sandwich. You won’t regret either option!
